We Have Been Doing This Long Enough to Know the Obvious Answer Is Not Always the Right One.
Virtual Work Wife was built around a simple idea … businesses work better when somebody can see how all the pieces affect each other.
For more than 20 years, we have worked across marketing, sales, technology, customer experience, operations, and revenue systems for businesses ranging from independent founders to Fortune 100 environments.
We have worked around the world. Today, we are bringing more of that experience home to East County San Diego.
Meet Michelle Bell
Michelle Bell is the founder of Virtual Work Wife, a Revenue Systems Architect, Business Literacy™ expert, author, strategist, and professional spotter of expensive business blind spots.
She has spent more than two decades inside the systems that make businesses run … and inside the conversations that reveal why they sometimes do not.
Her work is built around pattern recognition. What are customers asking? Where are leads disappearing? What is the team doing manually? What does the website fail to explain? What offer are people overlooking? What is the business quietly telling us before the problem gets expensive?
EXPERIENCE
Across more than 20 years, our work has included hundreds of clients, thousands of automations, seven authored books, hundreds of hours of training, and experience across a wide range of industries, platforms, and business models.
That breadth matters because a revenue problem rarely respects departmental boundaries. Marketing affects sales. Sales affects operations. Operations affects customer experience. Technology touches all of it.
Why East County Now?
The internet changed business once. AI is changing it again.
How people search is changing. How businesses get discovered is changing. The cost of attention keeps rising. At the same time, trust, reputation, referrals, community, and local relevance are becoming more valuable.
So while we still work with businesses outside San Diego, we are intentionally putting more of our attention into Jamul, Rancho San Diego, La Mesa, El Cajon, and the surrounding East County business community.
We have spent years learning how businesses grow everywhere. Now we are applying more of that experience right here.
